Merc: Helmet

Merc Helmet: This item is a three-piece wearable helmet with 6 modular accessories over the ears, eyes and cheek area. Assembly is achieved by use of Neodymium Magnets. **Product image rendering shown with Clean Finish**

Helmets are printed in PLA to ensure a lightweight and durable piece. Helmets are then sanded smooth, surface corrected and painted with automotive grade paints and matte clearcoats. The helmets are then assembled and final details and weathering are applied by hand. 

Note that the level of weathering/battle damage varies as per customer selection. These details are sculpted and scratched into the helmet by hand with use of various tools and methods so no two helmets will ever be exactly alike.

Options for finish are:

Clean: As the name implies the helmet will have a smooth and clean painted surface.

Lightly Weathered: Helmet will have light physical scuffing and scaring to edges with hand painted details to imitate surface grime and paint defects.

Heavily Weathered: Helmet will have deeper scuffs and scars to give the appearance of cracks and impact damage. Custom weathering may be discussed beforehand if requested.

Options for faceplate:

Default: This is the original faceplate. If no direct requests are made, the faceplate will be painted a matte candy red as in the product images.

Assassin: This faceplate comes themed for a split paintjob of blue and orange. It also comes with a carbon fiber textured eye patch insert.

X Face: This faceplate comes with indentions in the forehead shaped in an X pattern as well as skull like indentations on the lower face.

This helmet was 3d sculpted and modeled in Zbrush by Hella3D Designs. This is an original design that is exclusive to Hella3D Designs and won't be found sold by other vendors.

Default sized to fit snug on a 24" head. It can however be scaled to accommodate different sized heads prior to printing if required.
